Brand & Digital

One brand system.
Two very different audiences.

Two connected ventures in a regulated category: a direct-to-customer storefront and a gated wholesale channel. Design, information architecture, branding, and content on both.

Direct-to-customer commerce

Peptide Foundry

A research-grade peptide brand built around quality you can verify rather than quality you are asked to assume.

The storefront has to sell a catalog and substantiate it at the same time, backing it with per-lot certificates of analysis, six-way lot testing, domestic manufacturing, and cleanroom fill, all while meeting the access and disclosure requirements of a regulated category.

B2B wholesale

Foundry Sciences

The practitioner-facing side of the same category: a wholesale channel for clinics and modern practices.

Almost none of the direct-to-customer playbook transfers. The core experience is an application and approval flow, and the argument is supply reliability, transparent volume pricing, and documentation, sold to buyers who evaluate a supplier rather than a product page.

AI + Design

AI isn’t replacing the design process.
It’s expanding what’s possible.

The loop

  1. Insight
  2. Ideate
  3. Prototype
  4. Test
  5. Learn
  6. Ship

I use AI to increase the speed of learning, not to remove human judgment from the design process.

Research

Accelerating recruiting, synthesis, and pattern-finding across qualitative data.

Synthesis

Turning scattered signals into themes a team can actually act on.

Ideation

Widening the option space early, when divergence is cheapest.

Rapid prototyping

Getting to something clickable in hours instead of weeks.

Content exploration

Testing voice, hierarchy, and message density before design locks.

UX experimentation

Generating and evaluating variants against a clear hypothesis.

Design critique

A first-pass adversarial read before a concept meets the team.

Product discovery

Pressure-testing problem framing and opportunity sizing.

Workflow automation

Removing the mechanical work that pulls designers away from thinking.

AI-native experiences

Designing products where AI is the interface, not a feature bolted on.

Design Leadership

Great design teams
create great products.

BUILD

Build

Building and scaling high-performing Product Design and UX Research organizations.

COACH

Coach

Developing designers through mentorship, critique, career coaching, and clear expectations.

ALIGN

Align

Creating strong partnerships between Design, Product, Engineering, Research, and executive leadership.

“My job as a design leader is to create the conditions where talented people can do the best work of their careers.”

Design Philosophy

How I work.

01

Outcomes over output

Beautiful interfaces matter, but measurable customer and business outcomes matter more.

02

Clarity wins

Complexity is often an organizational problem disguised as a UX problem.

03

Design is a team sport

The best experiences come from deep partnership across Design, Product, Engineering, and Research.

04

Stay close to the craft

Leadership shouldn't create distance from the work.

Contact

Let’s build something people actually want to use.
